Professional Leadership
As Program Manager of the Young Political Leadership School Africa at Naymote Partners for Democratic Development, Alphia leads and supports leadership, elections, governance, and civic engagement programs for emerging African leaders.
Through YPLS Africa, she has helped build a network of over 1,200 young African leaders, strengthening youth participation, democratic values, public leadership, advocacy, and values-based governance across Liberia and the continent.

Speaking & Facilitation
Alphia of Africa delivers inspiring and practical speaking, facilitation, and leadership training experiences for youth programs, women’s leadership spaces, schools, conferences, civil society organizations, and development partners.
Her sessions help young people, especially girls and young women, find their voices, own their stories, build confidence, and prepare to lead with courage, values, and purpose.

The African Girl Who Leads Circle
Alphia’s commitment to raising African girls and young people is not only professional — it is personal. Beyond her 9-to-5, she has volunteered, mentored, and self-funded outreach efforts across underserved schools and communities, reaching over 2,000 young people with messages of leadership, confidence, and purpose.
This grassroots journey now inspires The African Girl Who Leads Circle, a monthly space where girls and young women are encouraged to find their voices, own their stories, and prepare to lead.
